Xmas photos
I finally got approval to post what's here and I must note that there are no food photos or many candid shots because I was so dazed out on both days that I forgot. at least I took some photos unlike on Thanksgiving where I completely forgot to even bring my camera out!
Xmas eve dinner:
This one was just random from when I just walked into the private room grandpa got us for xmas eve dinner... it's (l-r) lindsey's grandma, Jean (sp?), mom sitting showing her cleavage :P and my grandma.
Mom liked this photo of grandpa I took.. she says it's his proud 'I got Amber to come to dinner and I got a private room.. I rock!'. Gabe is standing to the right.
Me and lindsey in front of the piano. I played a few bars on it later (the first half of joy to the world.. yes, I'm so talented), but it was really old and had to be pressed extra hard to get any sound out. some of the keys were even rotting!
uncle stan, me, lindsey, jean, grandma, aunt jo jo, grandpa and gabe. mom was taking that photo.. it was a bit candid since I didn't know till I saw the flash. I'm barely in the shot :|
The artsy angled piano photo from after I opened it up... oooo! it's only angled 'cause it wouldn't all fit right side up from where I was sitting and I didn't feel like standing up and taking a boring photo. it just looks like the room turned over on itself which is pretty cool.
Anyway, I took my food home since I still don't eat out, but the company was nice. later, the angelhair pasta I got made me burp garlic all night, but it was good along with the caesar salad and nice warm bread. it was a bit funny at the restaurant; like the waiter was our private slave ("get more of this!" "where's this?" "this is wrong..." "no, come back and get this!"). I should've gotten a photo of him, but was too shy.

The one candid shot I took before the game, songburst came out after dinner, late that night! callie, lindsey and grandma. mom said that was a nice photo of grandma.
So, yeah, it's too bad I didn't remember to take the camera out on the patio where the food and more people were, but I was dazed out as I said. I recall sitting at the table inbetween courses for hours not moving. later I felt it in my legs while trying to sleep. I don't think I got the kinks out of that leg till after my flight home. too much sitting!
