Pet Peeves of Today:
Apr. 29th, 2004 04:18 am1. When it's automatically assumed that when you're worrying about your weight, it's that you want to lose, not gain. this was made even more evident that there was a quiz under 'fun' on SmarterChild (yes, I got bored earlier and decided to do quizzes now! I don't recall it being able to do that crap before) about weight and one of the questions asked if you are concerned about your weight often.. either you constantly think about losing or don't think about your weight at all. uh... no.
2. COMPLETELY IN CAPS TITLES.
3. The term 'chic' (I should've brought this up last week. a few people have said it lately when before I've never seen it.. wtf?).
4. When someone has something to say then... that's it. no asking how you are, no real conversation, no saying they have to go now or are done. that's... it.
5. Wanting to watch two shows that are on at the same time then getting so confused on which to watch or whether to attempt to flip which is another pet peeve, keep getting distracted during the one picked thus not knowing what's going on with either.
6. Falling asleep when it's not time to sleep. having insomnia when it's time to sleep.
7. Being ignored (well, this is an all the time one, but whatever).
