Okay! Okay!

So, I said I wouldn't talk about the novel every entry, but that's all I really did all day beyond eating the rest of my chocolate box and a slight intrusion of politics (no more of that... here) inbetween Gilmore Girls with a baked potato on the side.

For awhile, when yesterday I was pulling words out like teeth, I thought I'd be giving up on this novel idea. the only thing I cared about at that point was the wordcount goal. 2k was painfully dragged out. oh! but today I started with 5100 and reached close to 10k (14 pages in Microsoft Works in 10pt Arial)! this is quite a comeback. especially since I'm at a scene I did much thinking about in my head beforehand. I even added on to certain scenes I wrote out yesterday yet very weakly. now they are a bit more fleshed out.

Really, even if I don't finish in time, the fact that I got this far is really a miracle. I don't think I've been this motivated to write in forever.

The only other thing I have to mention is that I ordered some albums last night after my poor wordcount got me down a bit.

Only one I ordered at boomkat since the other two came out to a more reasonable price elsewhere.
