We Wandered around in fright

aekastarThey left this past Friday morning and all I've done since then is sleep off and on and try to catch up on my flist (and no, nowhere close to done; distractions occurred -- no one unfriend me yet! I'm still entertained.. just like a decade behind!). I think I switched my sleeping schedule around. now it's from somewhere around 1am till 5am, awake for a bit then asleep till 10 something. I'm not much with the liking of this schedule. I don't eat in the mornings so that just takes time away from when I could be eating. the good of this is that I see more sun, if the sun is out.
Anyhow, there isn't much to report from the remaining days they were here. we went to Borders around Wednesday and I finally got a Pavement album (Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain). Borders is expensive. this is why I mostly order from amazon, yo. I did get a rather good snickerdoodle from the cafe area that lasted me a few days though so that was nice.
Yesterday, lindsey sent mom the photos that were on her camera, so here are the few from the salon:
The one thing I dislike about these photos is that in two of them, my tooth kind've sticks out. see, one tooth in the front isn't aligned right thanks to falling on my face when I was around three. I never smile with teeth showing thanks to this, but even worse is when I am caught offguard and the tooth is a bit visible. it's rather annoying. if I had photoshop, I would blur it out, but ah well. it at least isn't horribly out there this time.
Mom says I have an "indie look" with my t-shirt on. yeah, these were taken the same day as the last.. we just decided to wear something else to model in at home. I'm all for comfort when I'm getting stuff done.
Other stuff in the works- I'll have a new album up soon (friends only) and a few songs I've liked this past weekend (public)
I may be starting a podcast project soon; we'll see. yes, it'll be music related.
